At Carrie Amber Intimates, we want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with us. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more. Orders below $35 will be charged a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damages, Lost Packages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@carrieamber.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please retain all original packaging and include photos of any damage when reaching out.
