How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at service@carrieamber.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover return shipping if the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at service@carrieamber.com. 

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
