Orders

Orders can only be updated if they haven’t entered the shipping process. Please contact us right away at service@carrieamber.com.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at service@carrieamber.com so we can update your address.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with details. You can also log into your account to check the status.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Not yet — we currently only ship within the U.S.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays. Please check your tracking link first; if you still need help, contact us at service@carrieamber.com.

If your order shows it was delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors or your building manager. If still missing, contact the carrier directly. While we’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to assist.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with details. You can also log into your account to check the status.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Panties and underwear are final sale. A $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (store credit).

Refunds are issued as store credit within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

$5.95 return shipping fee is deducted from all returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and in rare cases, a restocking fee may apply if items are not returned in their original condition. We’ll always be transparent about any deductions so there are no surprises.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Promotions & Sales

We offer seasonal promotions and special events throughout the year. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Some promo codes may not apply to discounted or final sale items. Please check the terms of the promotion.

Double-check the spelling, expiration date, and eligible products. If you still have issues, email us at service@carrieamber.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts retroactively to past orders.
