Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Methods: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at service@carrieamber.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions below:

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, panties and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Return Process: To start a return, please email service@carrieamber.com or use our return portal (powered by Loop Returns) to generate your return label.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
