Position Overview

The Production Coordinator plays a key role in managing the end-to-end production lifecycle for assigned categories, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and consistent product quality. This role requires strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with overseas factories and internal cross-functional teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about apparel production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full production process from purchase order issuance through final delivery.
  
  
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors to monitor WIP status, confirm deadlines, and proactively resolve production issues.
  
  
• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, timelines, costing considerations, and factory workflows.
  
  
• Partner closely with design, sales, and logistics teams to support seasonal development, approvals, and delivery targets.
  

Qualifications

• Chinese language skills preferred
  
  
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in apparel production
  
  
• Excel proficiency and familiarity with production calendars
  
  
• Highly organized 
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  
  
• Team-oriented, proactive, and dependable.
